Discounting legal fees

We offer discounts in appropriate circumstances – to members of an established discount scheme, or on referrals from business networking groups we belong to, or to established clients who have already gone through the ID checking procedure, for instance
Outside these situations, we do not discount our prices on request because –
- We – and clients who have used us – think we are already very good value for money – see the testimonials clients have given us
- Having new clients ask for a discount for no good reason is a good way of demotivating us by undervaluing us
- The difference in cost as a result of a discount is tiny compared to the overall cost of moving house, for instance, or the value of our services
- There is no need – we guarantee the quality of our service
