Assets of Community Value

The Localism and Community Rights Minister, Stephen Williams has announced that, from 6 April 2015 (crucially, before the May General Election), Assets of Community Value (ACVs) will now need full planning permission before their use can be changed or they can be demolished.

We’d like to help register Tenterden’s pubs and club as ACV’s. To do so we need to gather supporters’ names and details of the pubs you would like to protect. Please fill out the form below and we will co-ordinate efforts.
